We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Westerville to celebrate my grandsons birthdays. We were greeting as soon as we walked into the building. The waitstaff quickly was at out table taking our orders for appetizers and drinks. Recommend the chips with cheese and Chilli! Order was delivered quickly and all the dishes were excellent! Ordered tacos, wings with various sauces, all were very good and sauce was generously applied to the wings. I suggest trying the General Tso's sauce, available for a limited time! Just the right amount of heat with great taste.

Have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings multiple times. Very nice location with tons of TVs. Food was delicious. Service was very friendly. Highly recommend

I haven't found a BWW I haven't liked yet. The bartender was great and very fun to chat with. This is a small footprint location. The teamwork I witnessed amongst the staff was amazing. This shows that management has done a great job building a good culture that the team enjoys. Good job!

My wife and I never been to this location until today for Fathers Day dinner and it was perfect! Everything was super fresh and the wings were sauced right and weren’t hard. The potato wedges with cheese were also not hard and were made fresh. My wife ordered the Asian zing bone-in traditional wings and said she loves that sauce, it’s now her new favorite. I ordered boneless wings, and got 10 medium/5 honey bbq. In case you never tried both sauces are some of the best sauces they have here. We both ordered Pepsi, wife’s had grenadine added, both were not watered down. Our waiter was nice/polite and took our order properly and continued checking in on us throughout our dinner. I’ve been to about 6 different locations and this one’s at the top of my list. If your thinking about coming here, just do it!

All I have to say is All American Burger! Best burger I’ve ever had. No joke. You taste the quality and ingredients. So flavorful and the meat is so good.

We were there after the dinner rush and all of the tables had not been cleaned off. My granddaughter cleaned the table with a napkin. Unacceptable!! I had to go ask for a server. She was ok, but by now the tone was set. Wings were good, burger ok, chicken wrap was ok. Drinks were refilled as we paid our check. Hopefully, next time will be better.

Update: Decided I would check out BW3 on Polaris Parkway. I was greeted and seated by Jordan my waitress. I ordered a lunch special of 6 honey BBQ wings, carrots/celery with ranch dressing. Also ordered the onion rings with a dipping sauce. The celery/carrots with ranch dressing were perfect. The wings were perfect and sauced with the honey BBQ sauce which was delicious. Now to the downside of the visit. The Onion Rings which looked deplorable. I tasted a couple and they tasted just as bad. I asked my waitress for the manager. The manager came out and she immediately identified the issue of the burnt onion rings and old oil. She removed the items from my bill but for me the damage was already done. Either the kitchen staff or my waitress could have took the initiative to correct the issue before it got to me. Dropped in at BW3 today. Buy one get one free for the wings. Got a small Honey BBQ and Chipotle BBQ and some Onion Rings. The Chipotle wings were a dry wing which had just a little heat to them. Perfect . The Honey BBQ were nice and sweet. Great taste! Nice and crunchy Onion Rings, good portion too. Let's talk about the best thing about the visit, my waitress, Wendy. She was doing it all. Super friendly, very timely on refills for my drink and checking in to ensure I didn't want anything else plus sweeping the floor and waiting on other customers. Can you say Rock Star!! Nothing better than having a good meal and get great service.

We had an outstanding experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Westerville! We were seated and served at the bar, and everything from start to finish was top-notch. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want from BW3s, absolutely delicious. Our server, Kelly, was phenomenal. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and efficiency made the experience even better. Service was truly impeccable. A big shout out as well to the manager, Dre, who was professional, welcoming, and clearly runs a tight ship. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere....this location consistently delivers. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
